The Whimsical Windows mini quilts are a series of beautiful monthly mini quilts, created using appliqué and embroidery.

Inspired by the British countryside and childhood tales, through a series of video lessons, I will walk you through the techniques for how to create these charming mini quilts. Using appliqué, hand sewing and embroidery techniques, you will create these seasonal pictures, perfect to display each month. The quilts are double layered, making the designs really unique and eye catching

Build your skills

This mini quilt block of the month series is skill building. Each month we will learn a new stitch or technique. You will see your sewing and embroidery skills improve after working on the designs throughout the year. You will also have so much fun creating the beautiful pictures that you can proudly display in your home when complete.
